• We do not provide a 100% delivery to inbox on email marketing as it could be restricted by many third party applications or software or servers for various reasons
• Services will commence on subject to payment realization
• By becoming our customer, you confirm that your contacts have agreed (opted in) to receive relevant messages from you, and that you have not purchased, rented or gathered their contact information from the internet.
• Your subscribers must give you permission to send them emails
• While some third parties may sell email lists, the contacts they provide are not opt-in. Sending business to consumer messages to third party lists is forbidden. This practice is also strongly discouraged for business to business communications. It is illegal to send email campaigns to non subscribed / purchase list / spam and third party contacts.
• If you wish to send campaigns to a third party email list, we recommend using another email service provider. Such campaigns may be cancelled or moderated at SubmitCampaign.com ( a product of Business Mind FZE) sole discretion. Your account will be terminated / suspended without any notice. We have zero (0) tolerance for SPAM

“ Your user content” in these terms and conditions, means material (including files uploaded without limitation to be verified, emails tracked and verified through the service, emails acquired from rest API integration) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose. Your user content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. It must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action against you, Business Mind FZE or a third party (under any applicable law for each one).
